Weekend weekend 😥 Fim de semana fim de semana

The weekend can be the worst enemy of a diet! That's what I've found out this weekend (still managed to lose 100g but that's nothing! At least better that gaining)!

While at work my head is busy and I can easily forget I'm hungry! My weekends though have little to no activity which makes it so hard! Saturday evening I was literally in pain from how hungry I was! Had one of those weigh watchers icecreams that calmed it!

Another problem of the weekend is water intake. During the week I just keep 2 pints of water all the time on my desk and that makes me drink a lot and almost not noticing it. Not having this "routine" made me pretty much only drink during the meals!

And finally socializing! We had planned to go out with some friends on Saturday evening but because I had to eat before 7pm and only 200kcal I couldn't risk to leave the house and spend the night complaining how much I was starving! Sunday I had lunch as some friend's house. Took my lunch with me! Pretty embarrassing but they have understood !

In summary, weekend was a challenge!
