Week 2 beginning

And so it starts, week 2!

Week 1 was easier than what I thought! Got me starving a few times, specially evenings but other than that it was really good to be more aware of the nutritional information of what I usually eat!

78.3kg to 77kg... 173lbs to 170lbs

Goal for this week - get into the 75 range which means lost another 3lbs at least!
